Policy & FAQ's
YSE Advanced Camp:
All Registrations Are Final
Due to the extensive planning, staffing requirements, and upfront costs associated with securing our facilities and pre-booking Field Trips, Youth Sports Enrichment (YSE) enforces a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.
Please read the following terms carefully before completing your registration:
No Refunds: Once payment is submitted for the YSE Advanced Camp, it is completely non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, family emergencies, scheduling conflicts, behavioral dismissals, or voluntary withdrawal from the camp.
No Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations once a camper is enrolled. Your registration permanently secures your child's spot in their respective age bracket and guarantees their seat on our scheduled excursions.
Missed Days & Field Trips: There are no prorated refunds, make-up days, or credits provided for missed camp days or unattended field trips.
By registering your child for the YSE Advanced Camp, you acknowledge and agree to this binding policy.

FAQ’s
Do campers need to pack lunch?
All campers need to bring water, snack, and lunch daily unless otherwise stated by the camp director.
What attire does my child need to have?
Campers will be participating in a variety of sports and team games, so they should come to camp with athletic and comfortable attire with tennis shoes.
Are there any restrictions at camp?
Peanuts and peanut products are restricted at camp due to high numbers of peanut allergies. If campers happen to bring peanut products as their snack or lunch, we have a “Nut Section” where campers may eat their food. Electronics are also not allowed to be in use during camp hours unless it is during extended hours.
Do I still need to pay the material fee even if my child ops out of the field trip?
The material fee covers all materials used during the camp at certain locations only.
If I register for one week, can I put down deposits for future weeks?
No, all weeks must be paid in full.
How much outdoor activity will campers have?
Staff schedules activities to be outside 75% of the time. This may vary depending on the weather and age.
Are siblings and friends separated because of age?
Yes, siblings and friends will be in different groups based on age. However, siblings and friends may have the choice to be in the same group if it is preferred and approved by camp director.
Do all campers go to the pool?
Group 1 (5 and 6 year olds) will have water day at the park on pool days. Campers may bring water guns to camp and should still come in pool attire with regular clothes over. Campers in all age groups must meet the minimum height requirement of 48 inches to be able to go to the pool.
